Do I need energy/sports gels for a 10 mile road race?

Snuggly asked:

I’m running my first 10 miler road race in a couple weeks. The Army 10-Miler.

Should I bring energy gels for the race? If so, at what increments should I have one?

Also how much water should I drink to stay hydrated? A sip every mile or so?

Which island do u think is better and more secluded. I am there for my honeymoon and visitin australia for the first time. Also let me know if you recommend any accomodation.

Another thing.. since i am not much of a water sports person, what would you suggest i do.
Visit Brisbane., gold coast and some island around that area or visit the reef?

Please suggest a good romantic honeymoon destination for end of July and early of august for 7 days. we live in Toronto and can travel any where in the world as long it is affordable. we both love to explore different culture and food. we do not drink. love scenery, beaches but not too much of water sports and not too much swimming. Please also recommend a hotel where you have a good experience.

Sites/locations to see when in Northern Montana and Idaho?

paintgirl_h asked:

My husband and I, and another couple, are going to travel from our home in Alberta, Canada, across the border at Waterton/Glacier park and then drive across northern Montana and into northern Idaho. Could anyone give me some points of interest or activites that would interest middle aged people that will be camping? We enjoy hiking, swimming, water sports and would love to go through some caverns or something out of the ordinary!
Thanks for your help.

Is it ok to drink 64 oz of a sugar drink (gatorade, brisk, vitamin water) in a day?

I am athletic and play sport for about 2-3 hours everyday. Lately I have been having sugar cravings at home and would be tired during exercise without drinking a sugary drink.

I’m going out for Water Polo, Basketball, and Baseball Next year?

Hoops Hero asked:

I am moving to a new school next year. I will be a junior in high school. I want to focus on playing sports that year, because its something I haven’t took serious. Primarily, I want to take part in three sports: Water polo, Basketball, and Baseball. So this summer will be huge for me in terms of preparing myself for doing this. Should I go for it? Have any of you played multiple sports in a year? Is it really hectic? Basically how can I improve my overall athletiscm starting now, so that I will have an edge over the competition? By the way, I have a full sized pool, basketball court and baseball field near my house. So I have that covered. one of my main problems is that none of my family or friends like these sports or like to practice them like I do. How can I practice on my own? what would be a good routine?
Thanks in advance!

1996 Dodge Neon Sport Water Leak?

Posted by Blog Member on under Good Rain, Rear Quarter Panel, Water Leak, Water Sports | Comments are off for this article

Joseph asked:

Since day one of owning this car i have had a mysterious water leak.

When parked(not driving) The passenger side floor after a good rain holds maybe an inch or two of water. The rear seats also get drenched as well as rear floor, however the driver side floor remains dry.The trunk as well is holding water.
As a temporary fix i have drilled three holes into the floor on the passenger side, this has fixed th water being able to sit in there.(used to dry it up with towel or wet/dry vac.
But obviously this has not fixed the leak.
I know its not coming in from the windows,or door jams or anything like that these areas are always dry.
However on the passenger side under the dash seems to be wet.
Now the trunk could be a seal or something but i have recently notice the passenger side taillight hols water, could this be the cause of the leak?for the back anyhow.
The front im think has something to do with the hood.
I don’t think its those runners on the roof or the roof would get wet.

Any suggestions?

I have not been able to duplicate the leak with a hose or anything.

Thank you in advance.
I should add it was hit in the rear quarter panel near fuel tank filler but this doesnt have seemed to cuase it.Just cracked the taillight
I just had winshield replaced in it. I do know that it is coming in from under the dash maybe from under the hood somewhere.I dont think the windshield is not seatead correctly Cuase like i said its leaked from day one.
